鴻安堂祖傳秘方，主打高品質用料、藥材，值得一試的養生配方。
香氣濃郁、用料實在，堅持使用天然現磨藥材香料以獨家比例調製而成（照片僅顯示部分材料，實際用料更豐富實在！）

配上喜愛肉類、海鮮，就是一鍋健康實在的燒酒雞、燒酒蝦！
素食者：可以拿來魯豆皮或豆干，也有書香麵的味道喔~

品名：燒酒雞
重量： 65公克*2包
成分：川芎、當歸、熟地、甘草、肉桂、八角、桂枝、白芷
（註：商品僅有藥膳滷包，不包含任何肉類）
保存方式：冷藏保存
（本產品不含防腐劑和人工添加劑）
（部分原料因食材本身特性，可能會有沾黏過濾袋情況屬正常現象）
（產品為濾袋填裝，若有粉末漏出屬正常現象）

燒酒雞料理方式：
1. 肉類可先川燙過備用.也可加麻油、薑片等先炒過。
2. 使用電鍋，放入藥膳包內所有材料及肉類。
3. 加入酒水淹過藥材跟食材，再多一點像煮飯的方式。
4. 外鍋加入3杯水約燉煮到電鍋跳起再悶10分鐘即可享用。

料理小撇步：
1. 肉若有先炒過至半熟，外鍋就加2杯水即可
2. 藥膳包加入適量的酒水先熬煮至完全出味
3. 酒水比例依各人喜好調整（也可以全酒）
4. 最後再加入肉類/蝦煮至熟透即可享用

※燉煮方式、時間與鍋具有關 僅供參考
※水量及燉煮時間皆可依個人口味喜好調整
※燉煮好不需要鹽巴調味，個人口味想加入也可以
※藥膳燉包內沒有用過濾包裝的材料都是煮好可以食用
